SAN DIEGO — Bryan Paul O’dorisio passed away peacefully on December 13, 2022. A native of Pasadena, CA, born on January 4, 1949 to parents Ben and Regina O’dorisio, and had three siblings, Dennis, Maureen, and Kevin. Bryan graduated from St. Francis High School as an all-star football player and continued honing his game, finishing his athletic career at Cal State Los Angeles. His drive and dedication influenced a successful career for 30 years at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. Bryan was a kind, humorous, and extremely generous man. He beamed a big smile sure to light up any room! He was an extremely talented athlete, superior salesman, appetizer designer, gardening aficionado, cycling enthusiast, bountiful chef, profession­al drink topper, laughter instigator, workout connoisseu­r, grilling guru, funny joker, expert vacationer, lavish host, and the king of “The Dip.” Bryan will be remembered as a loving son, brother, friend, husband, and father with a welcoming spirit, kind-hearted soul, and deep adoration for his family. He lived his life by this motto: “never lose your sense of humor,” and possessed an ability to find laughter in everything! Bryan is survived by his wife Moira, daughters Amy and Megan, son-in-law Derek, and three grandsons, Duke, Jake, and Matteo. He was pre-deceased by his wife Laurenne “Lolly” and son Michael. A celebratio­n of life will be held at Tom Ham’s Lighthouse on Jan. 4, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be graciously made to the Alzheimer’s Associatio­n.
