Dolores Ann Alexander

September 16, 1934 - December 18, 2022

SPRING VALLEY — Our beautiful Mom, Memaw, Aunt Dolly peacefully left this world to join God and our Dad in heaven. Our Dad Wess passed away 11 years ago and Mom missed him every minute of every day. He was the love of her life!! Mom liked to say she chased him ‘til he caught her. Mom and Dad were married in 1954. They began their married life in Altoona, Pennsylvania, but like many people they decided to head west and settled in San Diego to raise their family. They were married 57 years when Dad passed away.

Mom devoted her life to raising her children in the Catholic faith. She instilled a great love of God in each of us. Mom also supported each of her children by providing love and childcare for her grandchildren. Our Mom had a profound faith in God. That faith supported each of us during her end-of-life journey. Her children were with her at home as she transitioned to her heavenly home.

Our Mom was a beautiful lady, inside and out. She touched the lives of many people with her kindness, caring and faith. We will miss her deeply.

Mom leaves behind her loving family: daughter Cynthia Stadler (Ralph), granddaughter Robin Latona (Joseph), greatgrandchildren Anthony, Devyn and Dominic Latona, grandson Ryan

Bishop (Amy), greatgrandchildren Nicholas, Ayden, Sean and Abby Bishop; Son George Alexander Jr. (Therese), grandson George Alexander III; Daughter Christine Alexander; Daughter Elizabeth Alexander; son Patrick Alexander (Daniela), grandson Wesley Alexander (Jessica), greatgrandson John Patrick, granddaughter Brianne Fitzgerald (Michael), great-grandchildren Arianna and Asher, granddaughter Kourtny Alexander, greatgranddaughter Charlotte, grandson Jared Baker (deceased). Mom also leaves behind her loving sisters Eleanor Ryan, Olean Keiffer and Bernice Dejean.
