Brian Raynoha passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023, from Pancreatic Cancer. He was 48.

He graduated from UCSD and then obtained his MBA at National University. His accomplish­ments are long and numerous in business from working in finance at Paine Webber, Internatio­nal Automated Brokers, to real estate at Delave, ACI Apartments, and starting his own corporatio­n, Apartment Advisors, Inc.

Most people who knew Brian remember him as a savvy negotiator, smart, adventurou­s, fun to be around, friendly, discipline­d, and generous with his time. Hiking was a passion for him, as well as mountain biking and surfing. Humor was in his blood; it was sarcastic at times and delivered with amazing comedic timing.

Of all his accomplish­ments, it was as a father that he shined, spending time skiing, kayaking, snorkeling and surfing with his children. He was there at softball, baseball, soccer and tennis games. He took dance lessons with his daughter and mountain biking with his son. He always supported his children’s passions and opening their hearts to adventure at every turn.

Brian leaves behind his wife, Anna; daughter Katelyn; son Dominick; niece Aria and parents, John and Rita. He also leaves behind numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

Brian once said to Anna, “I have a beautiful, understand­ing and loving family. My mission is to make them proud to be a Raynoha”. Well, mission accomplish­ed, husband. You will be missed always.
