The current low inventory of homes for sale is making it difficult for the buyers but it is a dream for sellers! I have often mentioned that when you are ready to sell, then sell. In other words, don’t try to time the market. BUT, in this case I am going to recommend that if you are even thinking of selling, in the slightest way, then I recommend you at least explore the possibility a little further now. The market is hot for sellers. Naturally, you might want to know how much your home is worth and you should get a comparative analysis done so you have a good idea of your home’s resale value.
