Speak up: The Optimist Club of Imperial Beach encourages students to speak their minds on the topic, “Just imagine a World Without Boundaries” as part of the Optimist International
Oratorical Contest for the 2019-20 year. The Optimist Club will judge students’ speeches based on content and presentation. Winners will receive a gift certificate and the winning speeches will be sent to the Zone level, and possibly the District level, to compete for college scholarships.
