HORTON’S EVOLUTION
Los Angeles-based Stockdale Capital Partners, which purchased downtown’s Horton Plaza in 2018, on Wednesday set the final beam on Building A (the former Nordstrom building) as the developer and key project partners plan to convert the former mall to a tech office campus slated to debut in 2022. Mayor Todd Gloria signed the large steel beam.
