Support Goldie’s Act to help animals in need

So many of us have known the joy of a pet dog — a loyal companion, a precious family member, a best friend. Goldie did not know such a fortunate life — she never got the chance. She was a golden retriever that died after suffering lengthy and harsh neglect at a puppy mill, and she was just one of many. Help came too late, while the puppy mill was allowed to operate under inhumane conditions in the name of turning a profit. H.R. 6100 will require the U.S. Department of Agriculture to take action to enforce the Animal Welfare Act and put an end to the suffering and abuse in puppy mills and all commercial animal facilities.

Please contact your congressional member and urge support for H.R. 6100 aka Goldie’s Act. It’s time we give back to the creatures that give us so much. Be their voice. Demand their protection. Contact your representative.
