There are six candidates on the June 7 ballot running to be mayor of Chula Vista, San Diego County's second-largest city. They are businessma­n Ammar Campa-Najjar, U.S. Army Maj. Spencer Cash, community college executive Zaneta Encarnacio­n, Chula Vista Councilmem­ber/businesswo­man Jill Galvez, Chula Vista Councilmem­ber John McCann and businessma­n Rudy Ramirez. The top two vote-getters will advance to a Nov. 8 runoff election. The San Diego Union-Tribune Editorial Board sent each a 12-question survey and published partial responses Tuesday and today.
