State already doesn’t have enough electricity

Re “California energy officials warn of potential

summer blackouts” (May 6): Read in the morning’s paper that energy officials of this great state are warning that there is a strong possibility of blackouts this summer due to the lack of electricity generation.

Hmmmm, now what are we going to do about this situation when they are touting that we should all be driving electric cars? Our
