Jesus Cecena killed a police officer, which should be an automatic sentence of execution. In prior years, I knew judges who stressed the need for revamping the appeal process. One appeal, which is granted by law, and no other.

We need judges with

more grit to enforce our laws, which California voters have affirmed at least twice. Cecena should not be released back into society anywhere.
