This month, The Original 40 Brewing Co. said goodbye to its head brewer.
Cosimo Sorrentino, who has led the North Park brewery’s production team for a year and a half, is moving to Austin, Texas, to helm the 6-yearold Lazarus Brewing.
On May 6, a going-away celebration was held in his honor. The event doubled as a release party for his final brew, a West Coast-style IPA aptly called Exit Interview. The 5.4 percent ABV brew is available on tap and in 16-ounce cans at the North Park brewery for a limited time.
