PB&J FOR STONE SOUR FEST
Pucker up, San Diego! Stone Brewing released its latest beer, Stone Notorious PB&J, on Wednesday. The peanut butter and jelly Berliner Weisse is part of the brewery’s One Batch Dispatch collection: one-off beers exclusively available at Stone locations and online for a limited time.
Stone Notorious PB&J’s debut coincides with the announcement of the brewery’s upcoming Sour Fest. More than 20 breweries are expected to be in attendance at Sour Fest, happening at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 12. Participating San Diego breweries include Modern Times Beer, Pizza Port Brewing, Pure Project, Wild Barrel Brewing Co. and others. The 21-and-up event also features $13 food items from Stone’s Garden Bar menu, as well as live music in the gardens.
General admission is $55 and includes 15 3-ounce tasters of sour beers, plus a commemorative glass to remember the event. There is no charge for nondrinkers/ designated drivers. Tickets are available at stonebrewing.com/events/stone-sour-fest-2022.
