Nikki S. King-Troxel

SAN DIEGO — With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Nikki King-Troxel. A graduate of San Diego State University, she taught 5th grade for many years at Jefferson Elementary. After earning a Master’s Degree, she became a Peer Coach, assisting new teachers. A 50-year resident of South Park, she was dedicated to preserving the historic neighborhood. She was a lifelong dog lover and an active member of several dog rescue organizations. She leaves behind husband Therrol Troxel, son Ryan King and sister Linda Abbott.
