Betty Lou Waight (Segrin)

April 12, 1927 - June 5, 2018

Slipped peacefully into rest in San Francisco, California. Betty was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a resident of San Francisco for 81 years. Her husband Vernon H. Waight, parents Louis and Pauline Segrin and sister Carol Ann Lewis preceded her in death.

Betty is survived by her brother Robert Segrin of San Francisco, Niece Cathy Humrich (Steve) of Redwood City, and Nephew Bradley Lewis (Pat) of Groton CT. Great nephews Brian Humrich of Citrus Heights, CA & Branden Humrich of Davis, CA, James Lewis of Groton, CT and Great Niece Rachel Lewis of Groton, CT. Betty enjoyed traveling with her husband during their 65 year marriage. She loved shopping (especially for shoes!), long luncheons with her friends and a good game of bingo. Her smile was contagious and she will remain forever in our hearts.

Betty’s cremains will be scattered at sea during a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements by the Neptune Society of Northern California, Belmont Office.
