Richard Francis Dugan

Passed away peacefully on November 25th, 2018 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Maria Dugan, loving father of James Dugan of San Francisco, and devoted grandfather of Shannon and Nicole Dugan of Daly City. Richard obtained a JD at LaSalle University, and was a member of the San Francisco Bar Association until his death, and worked as a mediator for the California Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board for 33 years.

Friends may visit Monday, December 3rd, 2018 from 4:00pm – 9:00pm at Duggan’s Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Avenue Daly City where a Vigil Service will be held at 7pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am at Good Shepherd Church, 901 Oceana Boulevard in Pacifica. Donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
