Take out your 2019 resolutions. You did make them, didn’t you?! Think about where you are now as opposed to where you want to be one year from now. Time to make plans and set them in motion.

Aries (March 20-April 18) While you were sleeping, the New Moon and lucky old Sun rendezvoused in your fame house. With the Sun’s aid you can see forever — or at least as far as the Emerald City. Play your cards right and your starter castle will be up by Thanksgiving.

Taurus (April 19-May 19) The first new moon of the year flashed “GO!” freeing up a travel-related dream to come true. We’re talking payoffs here. It’s good karma time. Ask and it shall be given, but are you ready to go bravely where no Taurus has gone before?

Gemini (May 20-June 20) The New Moon flashes a wink at your eighth house. What’s that all about? You may well ask. The eighth is a biggie, ruling as it does the fortunes of sex, death, rebirth and other people’s money. Think positive, maybe you’ll receive a legacy.

Cancer (June 21-July 21) Brace yourself for drama in the one-on-one department. The New Moon is always fateful, and this one accents the partnerships and contract issues complicating your life. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Leo (July 22-Aug. 21) Come blow your horn. You deserve it. When it comes to playing several roles at once, you’ve little down time. Be prepared for a coworker to act up. Don’t struggle with the high road. There’s a lot to be said for enlightened self-interest.

Virgo (Aug. 22-Sept. 21) You Virgins are such flirts! Oh, sure, you’re modest and so discreet. Now with the sun and new moon filling your fun house with planetary pizzazz, you want to PARTY! Take time off this week for a creative decision.

Libra (Sept. 22-Oct. 22) Where there’s a family there’s bound to be a fence that needs mending somewhere. On another front, the new moon issues a clarion cry to make real estate decisions, while, Jupiter whispers that change is in the air.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) Lapsed communications reactivate this week. Is it a longawaited link to a dream project, or “merely” a chance to put Humpty together again? A smart decision this week enables you to celebrate yourself with discrete fireworks.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) The sun and new moon eyeball one another in your money house. New moons are all about beginnings. What matters more to you than mobility and independence? Are you ready for 2019?

Capricorn (Dec. 21-Jan. 18) Jupiter stands at the helm as your personal year takes off. Remember last fall when you blew out those birthday candles? Where are you with those wishes? The new moon in your charm and chat house carries fateful potency.

Aquarius (Jan. 19-Feb. 17) You can expect lots of support this week. The New Moon lends a special assist with the charm thing while suggesting a short getaway option. The heat’s on to expand an existing bond. How will you handle that?

Pisces (Feb. 18-March 19) There are times when socalled friends are a downright drag. But no Pisces is an island, least of all you. Friends pull us through the tough times. Where would we be without them?
