Reimagining 1753 Noe St. into a luxury view home bursting with designer details required countless hours of detailed planning and exacting detail. The end result is a luxurious six-bedroom, 4½bathroom trilevel with high-tech amenities, a welcoming floor plan and outdoor spaces on every floor.

“This home truly has it all,” said Yola Ozturk of Vanguard Properties, who is co-listing the home with Alanna Swartz for $6.25 million. “Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create an immaculate finished product.”

Ozturk points to the Tuscany Pienza Calacatta tile backsplash in the kitchen, the living area’s floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace, and the family room’s wet bar as prime examples of the thought and care poured into the renovation. Corner windows in the family room, main bedroom and spa bathroom provide further evidence of the contemplation invested in the redesign.

Found in one of the most exclusive corners in San Francisco, where Noe Valley meets Glen Park, 1753 Noe St. rests on a sloping block just west of Billy Goat Hill and the Walter Haas Playground.

The trilevel delivers captivating curb appeal through its white shingle facade standing between a pair of picket fences. Resting on an extra-wide, deep lot, the design maximizes every square foot of space, inside and out. All three floors open to decks or patios, while the interior is designed for entertaining and offers high-tech amenities like ceiling speakers, HDMI wiring and Lutron light switches.

Fully detached, the residence receives light on all four sides and employs floor-toceiling windows in multiple rooms. The home includes a two-car garage that enters the lower level, while an exterior staircase leads to the main level’s front door.

Once inside, the full scale and detail of the multiyear renovation comes into focus. An open floor plan unfolds immediately upon entry, showcasing design details like Circa Lighting pendant lights in the the living area and a wet bar in the family room. Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry and a pantry wall outfit a kitchen anchored by a Calacatta Ducale marble island with waterfall edges.

Built in 1907, the thoroughly modernized abode includes at least one traditional design element: coffered wall paneling beside the hardwood staircase that ascends to the bedroom level.

Four bedrooms, including an owner’s bedroom with a private deck, reside on the top level. Speakers are built into the vaulted ceiling sheltering the owner’s bedroom, while a dark blue accent wall creates contrast against the room’s neutral color palette. This bedroom’s private deck, like the one found a level below off the family room, frames dramatic views of downtown San Francisco and the bay.

Both decks feature glass railings for protection while leaving the views unimpeded, while the deck off the main level descends to a landscaped garden with a level lawn, mature shade trees and low-maintenance plantings.

A pair of bedrooms and a media room await on the lower level, affording the home flexibility and functionality. One of the downstairs bedrooms could easily serve as a home office, while the media room steps out to the rear patio and landscaped backyard through a sliding glass door.
