Queer bowling

Mission Bowling Club has been turning it out for their monthly queer bowling party for a few months. The bowling is free, the drinks are cheap, and the crowd that shows up is always a nice mix of folks just enjoying an early evening together. For Pride, Mission Bowling is pulling out all the stops and bringing in the supremely talented DJs behind the Chulita Vinyl Club. It’s the perfect way to ease into the week.

6-10 p.m. Monday, June 24. Free. Mission Bowling Club, 3176 17th St., S.F. www.missionbowlingclub.com

Debate watch

Pride is political — so the first Democratic primary debate feels well-timed. Community gathering spot Manny’s will be showing the debate on a big screen, and there will also be drag queens, drinking games and politically themed cocktails. Plus your ticket gets you one glass of sparkling wine to start.

5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 26. $10. Manny’s, 3092 16th St., S.F. www.welcometomannys.com

Countess Luann and friends

She’s back! Countess Luann — don’t you dare tell me to drop the honorific — is bringing her one-woman show back to San Francisco, just in time for Pride. Honestly, you can’t get much campier than spend- ing an evening of your Pride weekend leaning back and taking in the New York housewife’s stories and songs. You should also know (in case you’re rolling your eyes) that her show has received rave reviews from the New York Times and Vanity Fair.

8 p.m. Friday, June 28. $35$78. The Masonic, 1111 California St., S.F. www.sfmasonic.com
