San Francisco’s monthly Filipino-themed night market Undiscovered SF is back in a big way. Bay Area native and “Queen of Freestyle” Jocelyn Enriquez is scheduled to headline the opening of its third season on Saturday, July 20, along with the DJ crew Triple Threat (DJs Shortkut, Vinroc and Apollo), soul-pop duo CRSB and DJ Bitesize.
Following a pair of highly successful seasons that drew some 35,000 people to the city’s Filipino cultural heritage district, this year the familyfriendly market will take place at 598 Stevenson St. in SOMA Pilipinas (with the exception of August’s event, which will take place on Folsom Street as part of Sunday Streets). The events are hosted every third Saturday through October and highlight cuisine, art, clothing and crafts by Filipino American vendors.
