Start extra innings with a runner on second base. Let batters try to “steal” first on wild pitches.

Why not just put a keg on second base?

That said, one idea actually has serious merit: A foul bunt attempt with two strikes is no longer a strikeout.

Why punish bunters more harshly than swingers? The result would be more action, more runners on base, fewer dreaded shifts. In other words, more baseball.

Also: Put the keg at first base.
