Recipe: Commis’ house old-fashioned

Makes 1 cocktail 2 ounces Cognac ¼ ounce maple syrup 2 dashes Angostura

bitters Orange peel (or bergamot peel, if you can find it)

Instructions: In an oldfashioned glass, muddle the Cognac with the orange peel. Add maple syrup, bitters and a large ice cube. Stir.
