Theodore Patrick Glaza

On March 8, 2021, Theodore Patrick Glaza, 55, died with his husband Matthew Guerra by his side in San Francisco, CA after battling cancer for two and a half months.
Ted was born September 3, 1965 in Stevens Point, WI to Richard and Mary Lou Glaza. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in Biology and Chemistry and went on to get his Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College in St. Louis, MO.
Ted had his own successful Chiropractic practice for many years before working in the Musculoskeletal Division at Eli Lilly in 2005 and as a Senior Marketing Development Manager for Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals since 2015.
Ted lived life to the fullest and was always the life of the party. He loved to travel, ski, scuba dive, cook, bake, entertain and garden. He elevated those around him and his thoughtfulness, creativity and attention to detail was unparalleled.
Ted is survived by his husband Matthew Guerra, mother Mary Lou Glaza, sister Debbie Kasiersatt and her spouse Mark and children Joe and Marina, brother Bob Glaza and his spouse Teresa and children, Karissa and Mary, brother Chris Glaza and his spouse Lynn and children Patrick and Lauren, sister Diane Bushman & spouse Eric and children Jeremy & Stephen, sister JoAnne Zimmerman & spouse Darin and son Dexter, brother Duane
Glaza and spouse Ronelle and children Brittany, Alyssa and Tanner, sister Sarah Karnatz and spouse Chris and children Emma and Lillie, father-in law Anthony and mother-in-law Eva, brother-in-law Steve and children Nick and Fiona, brother-in-law Jeff Whitsett, sister-in-law Julia Lyons and children Colton, Chase and Cameron. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard and his first husband Scott Whitsett.
