Khrista Jarvis-Diebner, real estate powerhouse, surpassed all expectations and ended 2020 with a staggering $340 million in sales volume.

Despite the challenges that 2020 brought, her team rose to the occasion by helping nearly 230 families make a seamless move during the COVID19 pandemic. While shelterinplace presented many challenges for Realtors — including canceled open houses and scuttled brokers tours, heightened safety protocols and appointmentonly showings — Jarvis and her team persevered.

“Surprisingly, real estate in the East Bay has actually benefited. With more opportunities to work from home and buyers wanting larger living areas, people are migrating from San Francisco and the South Bay’s Silicon Valley to the East Bay where it is more affordable and offers great schools and desirable outdoor living,” she said.

In 2020 alone, the Khrista Jarvis Team negotiated more than $3.8 million dollars above list price for their clients in additional proceeds. From luxury estates to charming townhomes, each property is carefully positioned and marketed to maximize their client’s bottom line.

Clients of Wells Lane were ecstatic to hear that Jarvis and Jung generated 200 showings in three days, 25 offers and ultimately sold their home for $215,000 higher than the asking price.

Similarly, clients from Danville reported on Yelp that they “Could not have made a better decision than to hire Khrista Jarvis and Nicole Jung” to sell their home. Their home closed on “the

heels of this crazy and unprecedented COVID19 situation” and the team “kept the deal strong and moving forward without a hitch”. They go on to say they feel confident that “every bit of commission we paid to this team was worth it” and that if they had gone with another Realtor that the results would have been different. The Khrista Jarvis Team has hundreds of fivestar reviews on Yelp, Google and Zillow reflecting this sentiment.

It’s clear that Jarvis’ recordbreaking year goes well beyond city migration. At four times the combined market share in Alamo, Diablo, Danville, and San Ramon, her unmatched success is a direct reflection of her unparalleled market knowledge, tireless work ethic and exceptional support from her firstclass team.

Jarvis and her best friend and business partner for the past 14 years, Nicole Jung, lead an allwomen team of 11, including four additional sales agents — combined with their incredible marketing and support staff.

“The synergy in our allwomen office is great,” Jung said. “We collaborate well, have great insight and are in tune with market trends.”

Jarvis and Jung’s clients feel at ease knowing they have a phenomenal team behind them, guiding them every step of the way — from beginning to well after they’ve moved in.

“We are there to support and help them through the entire process. Our goal is to create a stressfree experience while getting them the best price for their home or getting their offer accepted on a dream home in this highly competitive market,” Jarvis said.

Jarvis’ enthusiasm for real estate stems from her passion for the local community and the incredible lifestyle that the East Bay has to offer. Throughout the pandemic, her team has integrated multiple social media campaigns highlighting local restaurants and boutiques encouraging community members to shop and eat local.

Her ongoing publication, “The Khrista Jarvis Team Journal” consistently features local businesses with exclusive reader discounts, exposing these businesses to approximately 30,000 homes in Alamo, Danville, and San Ramon. One business even commented on how many people brought in the journal to take advantage of the exclusive offering that was promoted in their publication.

Two months into 2021, Jarvis and Jung are more enthusiastic about the real estate market than ever before. On average their listings generate $31 more per square foot in Alamo, Danville, and San Ramon (MLS, 20092020), which is much higher than the industry average. Jarvis’ team has a proven track record for getting their clients the best price for their home.
