Louis Pappin

Louis Pappin passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the age of 86. He came to the United States in the 1950’s from Chania, Crete, Greece. Louis fell in love at first sight, with his lifetime bride, Lorraine. He was a true partner for life to her.

You would often find Louie in the caffenieo, playing Barbout, and enjoying the company of his friends. He danced zeibekiko better than Zorba the Greek, table in mouth and all! Although he was tough around the edges, he had a sweet spot and loved to make galaktoboureko, and usually upon request!

Louis lost his late wife, Lorraine, in 2020 and he finally succumb to his illness which lead him to her side.

He is survived by their beautiful daughter, Cheryl and his brother, Mavrikos. Inurnment Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Colma, CA.
