Bridget Mary Hagan


Bridget Mary Hagan passed away peacefully and unexpected­ly on April 27, 2021. Bridget was born on August 25, 1971 in San Francisco, California. She is survived by her brother Eddie (Annette), and nieces and nephew Katie, Eddie, Hope, and Tara. She is further survived by her partner Danny Anderson. Bridget was preceded in death by her loving parents, Patrick and Bridie Hagan. Bridget will be missed by her extended Hagan family and many friends within the Bay Area, as well as her other cousins across the United States and abroad.

Bridget lived in San Francisco and spent her days working in her vegetable garden, walking her favorite dog Murphy, and relaxing with Danny in the evenings. She held various office jobs at local constructi­on companies and NASA. She loved spending time with friends at the Russian River, camping at Rollins Lake during the summer, and attending her nieces’ and nephew’s sporting events and family parties.

Bridget Mary loved her family and friends. We will miss your kind heart, your fun spirit, and your laugh. Bridget Mary, you will always be in our hearts as you were taken from us too young. We will meet again.

Friends may visit Wednesday, May 5, 2021 after 5:30 pm at St. Paul Church, 221 Valley St., San Francisco where a vigil will be held at 6:30pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St Paul’s on Thursday at 10:30 am. A reception will follow. Donations to the United Irish Cultural Center.
