Richard Michael Lazzari

Aug 1, 1943 - May 5, 2021

-

Passed peacefully at home in Sacramento with his daughter Christina by his side. A San Francisco native, born to Earnest and Dorothy Lazzari: He was a fun loving man always ready to make you laugh. A huge sports fan, avid lover of bowling and the SF Giants. It was his love for bowling that led him to meeting his late wife Marilyn (Steenvoorde) Lazzari at Millbrae Bowl and becoming a resident of San Bruno and Millbrae . He was widely known for working the desk at Kings Bowl, being a staple at Peter’s Cafe and his daily walks around Millbrae. He was loved by all who met him as he was an exemplary friend and admirably devoted Dad.

Richard lived for his three daughters Jennifer (Gauci) Hicks, Maria (Gauci) King, Christina (Lazzari) Zsolnay and 12 grandchildren. His warm presence and humor will be deeply missed amongst all of our family. Rest in peace, we love you more, Papa.
