Local county fairs, festivals plan a summertime return

- By Anne Schrager

Though growing pains are apparent, many popular fairs and music festivals have unveiled plans for upcoming inperson and hybrid offerings. After last year’s cancellation of most events, it seems like the right time to get footloose and fancy free.
