Ways to make it easier on your Realtor.
The most important thing my Buyer clients can do to make my job of finding them great home most efficient, is to get an underwriting preapproval from a reputable experienced lender/loan officer.
This provides buyer with a couple of benefits.
First being that will learn about the various loan programs that are available to them.
The underwriting preapproval will also determine what their maximum loan amount and purchase price is and will put them in a stronger position get our offer accepted if the listing agent and sellers see that the buyer has a solid underwriting approval in hand.
A few things my seller clients can do make my job of selling their home for the best possible price are to take my professional advice when it comes to pricing their home competitively and to undertake the home improvement projects, I recommend that are designed to increase the emotional appeal and ultimately the sales price of their home.

I look to create a relationship with my clients where we work collaboratively to achieve the stated goal of buying or selling a home. This should be a team effort.
Being available to communicate efficiently in response to a fastpaced market is vital.
Going quiet when quick replies are needed can scuttle a deal.
Mutual respect for the roles we play during the transaction will also help to keep things moving. Building trust is paramount.
When working with couples, it helps if they can be aligned when decisions need to be made.
Discordant opinions can be a challenge to staying focused.
My job is rarely easy, but these basic guidelines help keep us in sync and allow for a smooth process. Adam Gavzer, Compass, 4155050714,

As an experienced real estate veteran for over 30 years I’ve been through hundreds and hundreds of transactions.
Day after day, month after month, year after year since 1989. Through each transaction, guiding and representing both buyers and sellers through each deal has provided me with the knowledge, skill, experience and confidence to assist each unique client.
Not all homes are created equal, not all client, or their circumstances are the same.
With that said, something clients — buyers or sellers — can do to make my job easier/more efficient — is to listen, understand and feel confident we know what we are doing, and feel free to ask questions.
