Harriet Sebastian

American artist and longtime San Franciscan Harriet Sebastian died Sunday July 31, 2022 at age 90. She loved art and the city of San Francisco. Her pride in and love of San Francisco is eloquently depicted in her oil painting, ‘The Bridgeman.’ The tribute to the craftsmen who built the Golden Gate Bridge has been exhibited in SF City Hall and SF Palace of the Fine Arts. Ms. Sebastian held high hope that “The Bridgemen” will one day find a permanent home where all San Franciscans can view and enjoy it. She will be missed by family, friends, and the theater and art community.
