Helmut Rolfes, M.D.

A retired internist and emergency room physician, died peacefully at home in San Bruno with his son at his side. He is survived by his son Richard Rolfes (Judi), his two grandsons, Ricky Rolfes (Caitlin), and Kent Williams (Linda), and great-granddaughter Katla. Although “Opa” loved being an old fashioned doctor in solo practice who made house calls, he really enjoyed retirement and traveling with his late wife, Elsa. There will be a celebration of life Mass at St. Roberts Church in San Bruno on Saturday August 20 at 10:30 am.
