DeNova Homes unveils models at Makenna in Petaluma

Makenna is located in historic Petaluma, just north of San Francisco, close to the northern coast and Highway 101.

Makenna, designed by DeNova Homes, blends small-town charm with a convenient location near downtown Petaluma. Saturday marked the model home grand opening with three model homes to tour. The duets and single-family homes range in size from 1,395 to 2,380 square feet. This inclusion is ideal for an adult child, extended family or a home office space.

Residence 1 is a two-story duet with three bedrooms, twoand-a-half-bathrooms and a one-car garage. It features an open floor plan with an open kitchen anchored by an island. All three bedrooms, including the primary suite, are found on the upper level, along with a laundry room.

The previously mentioned Residence 2 boasts three bedrooms, three-and-a-half-bathrooms, a two-car garage and a separate Accessory Dwelling Unit. It also provides the option of a California Room — a covered outdoor living space — off the great room. The primary suite at Residence 2 includes a spa bathroom, dual vanities and a walk-in closet.

Residence 3 hosts four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage. In addition to the option of a California Room, Residence 3 also comes with the
