AKA: Fireman Frank, The Tin Man, Mr. Dirt, and Daddy-ohhhhhh

Survived by his wife ;Susan Cronin Parano Grimley his daughters Kathryn (Steve), Karen (Myron), Mary Anne (Joe), and Cindy (Michael). Sisters Charlotte, Sr. Kathleen, (Daughters of Charity), and Doris; grandchild­ren Shannon, Christophe­r, Mitchell, Ryan and Kyle; great-grandchild­ren Izaiah, Alexzander and Gabriella.

Frank graduated from Sacred Heart High School, (1950); USMC (1952-1954) during the Korean conflict. Frank retired as a Captain in the San Francisco Fire Dept (1967-1997), was a member of the American Legion and Marine Corps League in Brentwood. He was associated with the family business, The Grimley Can Company until 1993.

Friends may visit Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 at 6:30pm at St. Cecilia Church, 17th Ave at Vicente St, S.F. where a vigil service will be held at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, October 6th at 12:30pm. A reception will follow. Private family interment. Donations may be made in Frank’s name to San Francisco Fire Department Cancer Prevention Foundation. 1139 Mission St., San Francisco, CA 94103
