Donald Anthony Nugent

Donald Anthony Nugent, 95, of Burlingame, Calif., passed away on March 3, 2024. He was born on February 24, 1929, in Jamaica.

Donald, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, always had a great smile and cherished his family deeply. He is survived by his wife, Hildegard; children, Diane, David, and Ingrid; grandchildren, Douglas, Brian, and Julie; and greatgrandchildren, Declan, Denver, Haily, Owen and Hobbs. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vivian, and father, Douglas.

A veteran, Donald proudly served in the U.S. Army in 1951, during the Korean war.

In his professional life, Donald was the Owner and Founder of Don’s Auto Service in San Francisco and met many great customers.

Outside of work, Donald enjoyed spending time with his wife and family, playing games, and traveling.

Services for Donald will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, Calif. 95620.
