Advise on the procurement, development, & financing of infrastructure projects. Undertake technical due diligence on behalf of investors & lenders including commercial & technical review of contract documents & identifying key risks to our clients. Support the team in the development & assessment of business cases for new projects, working with developers, investors, debt providers, project sponsors, & government agencies. Interface with clients in activities such as client meetings, presentations, & workshops. Request & review relevant project data, studies, plans, & contextual issues. Conduct technical, contractual, planning, economic & financial analysis. Interact with engineers & consultants, as well as subconsultants, to deliver inputs into due diligence reports, operational performance improvement analyses, or other infrastructure advisory assignments. Prepare analyses, draw conclusions, make recommendations, & write reports. Prepare & deliver presentations to satisfy client needs & goals. Identify & respond to requests for proposals & supporting the development of winning proposals for the team. Work with project management, construction management, risk management, & project finance for infrastructure projects; civil construction; &, public-private partnerships & design-build contracts. Req’s Bachelor’s degr plus 4 yrs exp. Salary Range: $120,245.00 $161,000.00/yr.
