LightHouse also named Henry Woo director of finance. For the past 32 years Woo was chief executive officer and director of finance at the Janet Pomeroy Center.
YuMe appointed Paul Porrini general counsel and secretary. Porrini joined YuMe from Hewlett-Packard, where he was vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary.
