Body pulled from ocean off Point Bonita lighthouse
The U.S. Coast Guard recovered a body at 7:20 a.m. Sunday from the ocean near Point Bonita in the Marin Headlands.
A call came in to the Coast Guard from boaters either going into or coming out of Point Bonita, Coast Guard officials said Sunday. No identification was found on the victim, and officials have yet to determine the cause of death.
The case remains under investigation.
