Florence Camporelli Budelli

Florence “Flo”, loving wife, mother, grandmothe­r, and great grandmothe­r passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 90.

Beloved wife of 68 years of Guido Budelli, mother of Bob ( Tana), Diane Garibaldi ( John) and Dick ( Robyn). Grandmothe­r of Bobby ( Sierra), Mikie ( Brooke), Christophe­r ( Naomi), and Adam Budelli, Francesca Budelli Harter ( Brady), John Ross ( Alicia), Michael ( Keely) and Joe Garibaldi, and eight great grandchild­ren.

Flo was predecease­d by her parents Giovanni and Eva Camporelli, and her brother Attilio. She was born and raised in San Francisco where she graduated from Mission High School. She worked for the Federal Reserve Bank Payroll Division and the Lighthouse in San Carlos.

Flo and Guido were married on June 16th, 1946 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in San Francisco. They moved to Menlo Park in 1951, where they raised their family. Flo was truly the matriarch and her family was the most important thing in her life. She was a fabulous cook, and her homemade gnocchi, pasta gravy and foccacia, will forever be missed by everyone.

For many years, Flo was involved at St. Raymond Parish while her children attended school there. In recent years, she and Guido were parishione­rs of St. Denis Church. She was also a charter and active member of the ICF Branch # 351 of Menlo Park.

A memorial Mass in celebratio­n of her life will be held on Friday, April 24th at St. Denis Church, 2250 Avy Avenue, Menlo Park at 11: 00am. There will be a visitation at 10: 30am.
