Catherine passed away peacefully of heart failure with her twin sister and brother- in- law by her side. She had been ill for sometime and had moved to Discovery Bay to be near her sister. She was 64 years old.

She lived a full life always celebrating it with joy and laughter. She traveled through life with her identical twin sister and delighted in the fact she as 2 minutes younger and always said she was the most youthful of the two.

Catherine was born in San Francisco to Fred ( deceased) and Jean Dominey. She attended public schools, including Lafayette Elementary, Presidio Junior High, Lowell High School and City College. Besides her twin Judy ( Edward) Henn, she has a sister Deborah ( Howard) Henn and a beloved brother James ( deceased) Dominey.

Catherine married Joseph Sigillo, a plumbing supply owner and traveled widely until his death in 2006. They were married 35 years. They had many cherished friends with whom they enjoyed life to the fullest. She had a long career as an executive with DEA and the Department of Energy. She was nationally recognized for her work and was widely respected by her colleagues.

Family and close friends have attended a private memorial service at Duggan’s Serra Mortuary and a luncheon in her honor. She was interred on April 21, 2015 at Woodlawn Memorial Park Colma, CA.

She will be greatly missed. Donations may be sent in her memory to the San Francisco SPCA.
