Isabel S. Nave passed away August 6, 2015 at home in Sonoma surrounded by her loving family. She was a native of San Francisco, born October 12, 1964. Shw was the loving daughter of Francisco and Nelida Amigo, loving sister of Guillermo Amigo and twin sister of Alberto Amigo. Wife of Gregory J. Nave and mother to Joshua and Ashley Nave. Sister in law to Gladys and Candi Amigo, and Jerry and Ellen Nave. Aunt to Celestina, Alejandra, Josefina, Sofia Amigo and Alexandra and Jack Nave. Attended Epiphany Elementary School and graduated from ICA High School, class of 1983. Attended City College of San Francisco. Married in 1988 at Saint Peter and Paul Catholic Church in San Francisco. While married she lived in San Francisco with her loving husband Greg for 1 year and then relocated to Sunnyvale, CA where she resided for about 20 years, together with Greg raising their two children in the Cupertino Unified School District. While doing so they made life long friends whose friendship­s continued to blossom and grow. In August 2012 Greg retired from the Fire Service and they relocated to Sonoma, CA where they started the next chapter of their lives. Isabel was a brave, strong and beautiful lady, who was determined to beat breast cancer. She received the finest care from the Stanford University Hospital Cancer Clinic and continued to keep a positive attitude while she was determined to beat it. She fought this battle for 5 years and sadly succumbed to this terrible disease August, 6, 2015. Isabel my love, rest in peace.

Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 14th at St. Francis Church, 300 West Napa Street, Sonoma, CA 95476. Private inurnment. Memorial donations in Isabel’s honor preferred to Hospice By The Bay, 190 West Napa Street, Sonoma, CA 95476.
