Sales soar for Orchard Park’s innovative residences
Orchard Park will release the fully furnished model residences at the Flats neighborhoods as well as the next phase of homes at the Towns on 10 a. m. Feb. 20.
Since opening in late 2014, Orchard Park has emerged as one of the best- selling communities in the Silicon Valley, the tech capital of the world, with nearly 200 homes sold. Orchard Park will release fully furnished model residences at the Flats and a new phase of the spacious Towns on 10 a. m. Feb. 20.
Orchard Park is a thoughtfully designed community of 239 homes in the Berryessa District of San Jose energized by friendly open spaces and three innovative neighborhoods. The neighborhoods features distinct new home designs, including Flats, Towns and Courts.
The Flats offer luxury, single- story living in up to 2,147 square feet with private elevators. Residences begin from the high $ 800,000s. The Towns are stylish townhomes with up to 2,123 square feet of living space and begin from the mid$ 800,000s.
These innovative residences are crafted by Robert Hidey Architects, who has been pioneering housing trends since the firm’s inception.
Of the innovative Flats, Hidey said, “These singlestory residences offer something never before seen in the area. Imagine living on a single- level plan with over 2,000 square feet of space. Then add to the mix that each home is accessible by semi- private elevators with private entries at each residence. This is the way more and more people want to experience their home. It offers a sense of ease, space and connectivity that I believe will be at a premium in the coming century.”
Orchard Park was honored as the Community of the Year honor at the Bay Area Building Industry Association’s 2015 Excellence in Home Building Awards, celebrated by the Bay Area’s most distinguished builders and developers.
