Error-prone list

We need gun control, not people control. Tying the regulation of guns to the unfair Terror Watch List does more to take away our freedoms than to prevent the kinds of horrors that took place in Orlando. The American Civil Liberty Union opposes those kinds of measures for good reason. As the ACLU has pointed out: Our nation’s watch list system is error-prone and unreliable because it uses vague and overbroad criteria and secret evidence to place individuals on blacklists without a meaningful process to correct government error and clear their names.
