They feature a raw bar with oysters, shrimp, lobster, mussels and sashimi; an omelet station; and a wonderful, custom order your own Bloody Marys with special house-pickled garnishes. Sample menu entrees include ANZU chicken katsudon and waffles with spicy maple aioli, or slow-cooked Kurobuta pork with crispy potato hash and poached eggs. ANZU’s take on traditional dishes include Belgian waffles with roasted strawberries and vanilla compote, and a lobster omelet with mascarpone cheese.
