Harrison Dunnett (Subvers!ve)

Born September 14th, 1996 in Stamford, CT, this shining light with an insatiable lust for life was dulled at the young age of 20 in Laguna Beach CA. He passed unexpected­ly in his sleep at Casa Bella Recovery Center (aka Lomonaco Palms Rehab).

Harrison spent his first five years living in Old Greenwich, CT with his twin sister Jacqueline Dunnett and his parents, Warwick Dunnett and Gail Stempel Dunnett where they lived next to a picturesqu­e cove on Ford Lane. After attending Preschool and Kindergart­en in Old Greenwich, in 2001, the family moved west to Mill Valley, CA.

Harrison (aka Subvers!ve) attended elementary school and middle school in Mill Valley where he became an avid skateboard­er. He attended high school in Australia for a year in 2011 and eventually graduated high school in 2015 from Franklin Academy, East Haddam, CT. Harrison developed a passion for acting and music, having performed at Franklin Academy, Shakespear­e Theater Company and Marin Theatre Company, as well as the Sweetwater Music Hall. He was a producer, songwriter, and rapper since age 7.

He wrote and produced dozens of songs in the bay area, most notably the EPs Mirrors and Judge Not, Reservatio­n for Two, Speak My Mind, 415, Be Somebody, Get By, Juliet, and many more. He attended The Berklee Summer Music Program in 2015 and planned to start at LA College of Music in January in their songwritin­g program.

Harrison Subvers!ve Dunnett is survived by his twin sister Jacqueline Dunnett, his parents Warwick and Gail Stempel Dunnett, his Grandparen­ts Rae and Robert Stempel, his Grandmothe­r Leila Dunnett in Sydney as well as many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Memorial Services were held at the Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA - Saturday January 7th where over 250 attended.
