Judith Reyna

-

October 21, 1947 – January 9, 2017

Judith (Judi) passed away after complications due to Multiple Sclerosis, a disease she heroically fought for over 40 years. Born in San Francisco, Judi spent all of her spirited life in the Bay Area. As the eldest daughter of Gene and Doris Pardini, she was a diehard SF Giants fan and 40-year season ticket holder. She attended Westmoor High School and College of San Mateo which kick-started her career in cosmetology. She was also a part time travel agent, fueling her passion for travel, which she did almost every month for the last few years of her life. Her hobbies included watching old cinema and “B” movies, and collecting antiques & dolls.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 46 years, David Reyna; her daughter Karen Reyna of San Francisco; siblings Jim Pardini and Patti Petrick. She was aunt to Kara Pardini, Dawn Riley, Jason Pacheco, Joey Petrick, and Andy Petrick; and godmother to 3 children. She was adored by her friends and family and known for her positive attitude towards life, her goofy humor, and her deep religious values that made her a truly giving and compassionate person.

Friends and Family are invited to a viewing Tuesday, January 17th from 5-7 pm followed by a Rosary at 7 pm, at Campbell Memorial Chapel, 231 E. Campbell Ave. Memorial service will be at Santa Teresa Parish, 794 Calero Ave, San Jose, at noon on Thursday, January 19th. Donations to National MS Society are appreciated in lieu of flowers.
