Rallies and protest events are a part of political life in the Bay Area. Here’s a roundup of what’s happening. WEDNESDAY Environmen­t discussion: Marin County Supervisor Kate Sears will discuss the recent findings of the BayWAVE Project, a study on sea levels and rising tides from Sausalito to Novato. Climate change marches: In Oakland, a march will begin at 11 a.m. at the Lake Merritt Amphitheat­er, between 12th Street and First Avenue.
