Guido J. Del Grosso, a native San Franciscan, born March 10, 1926, entered into rest on April 25, 2017. Beloved husband of 60 years to the late Delia Del Grosso. Loving father of Sharon (Steve) Ondry and the late Denise Del Grosso. Nonno to his granddog, Cashew, and grandtorto­ise, Spike. Son of the late Louis and Angela Del Grosso. Brother of Dino and the late Ann and Frank Del Grosso. Brother-in-law of Jeanne Spediacci. Godfather of Albert Spediacci, Jr. and John Torrise. Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Guido loved painting, decorating, carpentry, working on cars and enjoying meals with family and friends. He was devoted to family and friends and had a great sense of humor. A big thank you to Angela McEvoy of Senior Helpers, Satellite Healthcare Menlo Park and Dignity Health doctors and staff. He was a member of Scaccapens­ieri Social Club, Native Sons of the Golden West South San Francisco Parlor #157, Druids of California and Painters and Drywall Finishers Local Union #913.

Visitation on Sunday, April 30, after 3:30pm. Vigil service to commence at 4pm. Funeral service on Monday, May 1, at 1pm from the chapels of Valente, Marini, Perata & Co., 4840 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94112, thence to the Church of the Epiphany where a 1:30pm funeral Mass will be celebrated. Committal to follow at the Italian Cemetery. Donations may be made to B.O.K.
