Unfurling an honor for Toler
The grandchildren of the late Burl Toler pull down a banner to reveal the new name of the building on the USF campus formerly known as Phelan Hall. Toler — who died in 2009 and would have turned 89 on Tuesday — was a member of the Dons’ famed, unbeaten 1951 football team and was a longtime NFL official.
