Tokiko Sally Nakayama

Tokiko “Sally” Nakayama passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018 in Hawaii surrounded by her daughters. Viewing will be on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Cusimano Family Colonial Mortuary, 96 West El Camino Real, Mountain View, CA 94040 from 1-4PM. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Mountain View Buddhist Temple. 575 N. Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94043 at 11 AM.

Sally was born on March 30, 1929 in Canoga Park, CA. After marrying, she lived 19 years in San Francisco and in 1967 moved to Mountain View. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimi, whom she was married to for 48 years.

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn and Lynn (Jim) Lally and sons, Lon, Dale (Gayle), and Casey. There were 5 grandchildren, James Jr. (Tera), Kristine (Mike Recorvits), Tina (Eli Carmona), Alan (Courtnie Speer) and Caitlin. She also had 8 great-grandchildren, Isabella, Jacquelynn, James III, Zoey, Nikita, William Taggert, Natasha, and the newest addition, Emmett.
