Two New Communities Bring Solar All-Electric Homes to Oakland.

-

With Station House, City Ventures’ first community in Oakland, selling its final few homes, the developer is gearing up to begin selling at two new developments—Station House South and Ice House. These two highly anticipated communities will showcase more of the best that Station House had to offer, along with some creative new floorplans. The first Priority Sales Release is slated for March 10th, and interested parties are encouraged to get prequalified with a preferred lender and visit the Station House Sales Office for more information. Station House South, bordering its predecessor, will have 47 new townhomes, while Ice House, located on West Grand Avenue will have 126 homes and 8 commercial units. Those who missed out at Station House will find more of the popular, over 1600 sq ft, 2 bed, 2.5 bath residences with private backyards at Station House South. Ice House will offer a wider variety of options with 8 different floorplans to choose from ranging from approximately 1200 sq ft to over 1900 sq ft. Consistent with the homes at Station House, homes in the two new communities will also include solar panels as a standard and each home will have a private garage. City Ventures’ communities in the Bay Area are built with commuters’ needs in mind. Accessible by multiple modes of public transportation, it’s not surprising that the majority of Station House residents have cited the community’s proximity to Oakland and San Francisco as their top reason for purchasing there. Station House South offers convenience to West Oakland BART Station and Ice House is located nearer to 19th St. BART Station, with access to the AC Transit Transbay line that services West Grand. The latter also boasts proximity to Oakland’s vibrant uptown dining and entertainment district. Since the opening of Station House, West Oakland’s first for-sale housing development in almost a decade, the area’s dynamic cultural offerings, flourishing restaurant scene, and ease of transportation have made it the place to be. The homes at these two new communities promise to offer the best of all worlds—innovative designs, energysaving amenities, and comfort—catering to the diverse and connected spectrum of people in the area. Ice House and Station House invites future residents to experience a life that’s centered and central to everything.
