For gift buying, Manetti Shrem heads to Washington Street in Yountville, where she pops into boutiques such as Forty Five Ten, a Texas-based retailer of high-end clothing, accessories and home decor that opened in July, and the tasting room of Hestan Vineyards, owned by Stanley and Helen Cheng. “They have a very elegant tasting room, and they have beautiful pots and pans,” Manetti Shrem says, referring to the Chengs’ Hestan Nanobond and Ruffoni Italian cookware lines. “Their wine is delicious and the tasting room is a little jewel.”
